Information you give us. When you complete the contact form on this site we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), budget range (optional), and the message you write.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not ask for sensitive categories of personal data.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, and communicate about a potential or existing engagement.

To send you the marketing insights you asked for. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Information submitted through this site is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Contact submissions cannot be read from the public website; only authorised FENX Digital personnel can access them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email hello@fenxdigital.com and we will respond within a reasonable period, and within any timeframe required by applicable law.
